Exciting Construction Updates from Costa Blu Beach Resort - April 2025

There’s a fresh breeze of transformation blowing through Costa Blu Beach Resort—and we’re thrilled to share the latest Costa Blu construction updates with you!

As part of our continued commitment to enhancing the guest and owner experience, we’ve been hard at work rebuilding our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villas. Each upgraded unit blends comfort, style, and coastal charm, making Costa Blu not just a place to visit—but a place to own.

Here's where things stand as of April 2025:

• ✅ 8 total villa buildings will be fully rebuilt, with each building containing 4 villa units. Therefore, the total number of 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa units will be 32.

  • 🔨 Villa buildings 1-4 are currently under reconstruction, with completion expected by mid-2025.

  • 🔨 Villa buildings 5 and 6 are in their preliminary reconstruction stages (floors, walls and roofing being replaced) and are projected to be completed by the end of 2025.

  • 🔨 Villa buildings 7 and 8 are scheduled to begin reconstruction later this year
